Our Personal FEED Review:
PROs:
We found this product has a good consistency. It’s not too sticky and we can gulp it down without needing additional water. It did not cause gastric issues, even in our athletes with sensitive stomachs. The flavor is decent. It loaded us up with energy with no crashes.
VERDICT: A great energy gel that isn’t sickly sweet and very easy on the stomach, even for sensitive athletes.
How to Use It:
Take 2 isotonic gels per hour of sporting activity, up to a maximum of 6. The product should be used as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
