Effective hydration without all the “extra”.

Sometimes, we don’t want all the calories that come with a sports drink…but we do want some electrolytes to stay hydrated throughout the day. This is where Flow Formula’s Electrolyte Replacement mix can be clutch.

With 420mg of sodium and just 7g. of carbs, it is great for post-exercise when hydration is needed to restore fluid balance – or during activities when additional calories may not be desired or required.

Why are a few calories necessary?

They use a 10% carbohydrate content because it has been shown to be more effective for hydration, as carbs can increase fluid retention.
