PH 1500 is their strongest electrolyte drink and is typically used by athletes aiming to start optimally hydrated and recover faster after intense exercise. It’s also used during exercise by heavy/salty sweaters…
The PH Tablet enhances the absorption of water during physical exercise with its’ hypotonic formula, so it’s not going to slow you down.
One thing to note is that PH 1500’s packaging refers to the sodium content per liter. This is so that, if you’ve had a Sweat Test, you can easily match your results to the right strength drink. But, if you haven’t had a test, or you’re comparing PH to other hydration products that show the sodium content per serving/bottle, then here’s a guide for you:
1 tablet in a 16oz bottle = 750mg of sodium. (Which is 1500mg per liter or 2 x 16oz bottles)

How to use it:
Before intense, sweaty activity
- Dissolve 1 tablet into 16oz of water and drink the night before events and key workouts
- Dissolve 1 tablet into 16oz of water and drink ~90 minutes before you start events and key workouts. Aim to finish your drink no less than 45 minutes before starting to allow your body to absorb the fluid properly
During intense, sweaty activity (if recommended in your Personalized Hydration Plan)
- Dissolve 1 tablet per 16oz of water and drink to thirst
