Delivering the perfect trifecta of carbs, fluids, and electrolytes, the PF 60 Drink Mix is designed for all your needs. While it’s primarily intended for higher-intensity efforts lasting 1-2 hours, it can also replenish your energy needs during longer events.
You can either take one scoop to get 30g of carbohydrates and 500mg of sodium, or you can take two scoops for the full effect of 60g of carbs and 1,000mg of sodium.
The PF 60 delivers a steady stream of rapidly digestible carbs (in a 2:1 glucose to fructose ratio) – along with fluid and a significant level of sodium to combat dehydration and electrolyte losses.
We love the intent in their design; it has a higher amount of carbs than most drink mixes in addition to more sodium than most electrolyte drinks.

How to use it:
Each scoop is 30g of carbs and 500mg of sodium. We recommend 2 level scoops (1 serving) into 16oz of water, shake, and drink to thirst during exercise.
