The SpeedNut gels were designed to fuel you when you have absolutely nothing left in the tank. Packed with 250kcals total, 19g of carbs, and 50mg of caffeine per serving, these gels will keep you moving even when you think you can't run another step. They even created one with hemp oil to provide 1000mg of anti-inflammatory omega-3's.
How to Use Spring Energy SpeedNut:
