Nevertheless, the Run of the Mill Rolled Oats & Quick Oats contains Stoked Oats’ organic, gluten-free, non-GMO, and glyphosate-free oats you can find in their other products. However, this is perfect for baking or creating your unique Stoked Oats blend if you want some flexibility.
These oats are super-clean and ethically grown – unlike most oats you find on the grocery store isle. Give your breakfast a little upgrade!
Steel Cut Oats
One of the OG hearty breakfasts, the steel cut oat, takes a bit longer to prepare on the stove top. Bring water to a boil, add the oats, cover and simmer for anywhere from 7-12minutes.
Rolled Oats
This classic features a rolled oat which typically takes ~5 minutes to prepare on the stove-top, but can be used for overnight oats or baking as well!
Quick Oats
This one features a quick oat which typically takes 2 minutes to prepare with a kettle or in the microwave, but can be used for overnight oats or baking as well!
