Grab the Styrkr BAR50 to prepare for any day out on the bike, on trails, or in between activities. With a high sodium content, they make a great pairing for lighter/simpler drink mixes and water if you’d prefer. One BAR50 every hour tackles a good chunk of your fueling needs for demanding exercise.
As a rule of thumb, you should be aiming for around 30-60g of carbs per hour for activities of 1-3 hours and 90-120g of carbs per hour for any activities over four hours.
