The Styrkr GEL30 has a twin with a unique benefit.
The GEL30 Nitro + supplies the same 30g of carbohydrates along with a special boost: natural nitrates. Nitric oxide, which we have poured over in our Insider articles, acts as a performance enhancer through vasodilation. More blood and oxygen to your muscles = more work capacity and efficiency. So, why not?
This gel is packed with natural nitrates (350mg) through Beetroot extract and Amaranthus leaf extract, which convert to Nitric Oxide.

How to Use It:
Take one GEL30 Nitro + before intense exercise lasting <1hr or roughly every 20-30min for longer sessions and races.
One GEL30 Nitro + is best for activities of 1hr or less but can be combined easily with other Styrkr products for a flexible fueling strategy.
As a rule of thumb, you should be aiming for around 30-60g of carbs per hour for activities of 1-3 hours and 90-120g of carbs per hour for any activities over four hours.
