Styrkr’s MIX90 Dual-Carb Energy Drink Mix is a unique and effective solution for fueling your workouts, staying hydrated, and reducing all the “extra”.
MIX90 supplies 90g of carbohydrates for ample energy along with 200mg of electrolytes. This is right in the sweet spot of fueling goals for most athletes. It also contains L-glutamine (not common in most mixes) to help fight fatigue and improve performance.

How to Use It:
Mix one sachet of powder with exactly 500ml of water. Blending at this ratio allows for optimal carbohydrate absorption before, during, and/or after endurance + is much easier on the stomach.
One MIX90 is best for activities of 1hr or less but can be combined easily with other Styrkr products for a flexible fueling strategy.
As a rule of thumb, you should be aiming for around 30-60g of carbs per hour for activities of 1-3 hours and 90-120g of carbs per hour for any activities over four hours.
