This is where it gets nifty: they offer bags where you can scoop your own in 30 or 50 servings. Also, the single packets provide 2 x servings, so you're looking at 50g of carbs and 630mg of sodium.

How to Use Tailwind Nutrition Endurance Fuel: For endurance workouts, mix 2-3 scoops per 24 oz of water per hour. Adjust to your personal calorie needs during training, using hunger as a guide. On hot days, keep the same calories per hour, but increase water.
