The Duo Adapter Set(s) allow you to use any recommended set of two Theragun attachments at once to treat more of the body with Theragun percussive therapy. With an innovative design that optimally positions both closed-cell foam attachments to contour to the different shapes and curves of the body, the Duo creates unique ways to treat specific areas, ailments, and more.

  • Compatible with 5th Generation Theraguns, 4th Generation PRO, Elite, Prime, mini. 3rd Generation: G3 PRO, G3 (previously purchased).
  • Note each attachment is one attachment unless otherwise noted
  • If you have already purchased a PRO, Elite, Prime or Mini see below for what you need to purchase before usage
  • Use drop down menu to select each component(s) you need

Theragun Compatibility

  • PRO - The Pro units come with five (5) the accessory heads in the normal package. Select and add one of the desired "Heads" and also add the "Duo Adapter" to make a complete Duo Head. (Dampener,Standard Ball,Thumb, Wedge and Cone are the standard heads that come with the Pro)
  • Elite - The Elite units come with five (5) the accessory heads in the normal package. Select and add one of the desired "Heads" and also add the "Duo Adapter" to make a complete Duo Head. (Dampener,Standard Ball,Thumb, Wedge and Cone are the standard heads that come with the Elite)
  • Prime - The Elite units come with four (4) of the accessory heads in the normal package. (Dampener,Standard Ball,Thumb, and Cone are the standard heads that come with the Prime) Select and add one of the additional desired "Heads" and also add the "Duo Adapter" to make a complete Duo Head.
  • Mini - The Mini units comes with 1 of the accessory heads (Standard Ball) in the normal package. Select one of the additional Standard Ball "Heads" and also add the "Duo Adapter" to make a complete Duo Head. Select (2) of the other shaped heads if you want to make another head shape/style.
